Saved Dispatch Lab runs

Export summary metrics plus the saved series from Dispatch Lab. Week-scale RT 5-min saves at full resolution (cap 25,000 bars). Longer windows may be stride-sampled; the series filename and a # header say so when that happens. Re-run older Lab saves to fill revenue / cost / SOC columns.
